Dozens of cities worldwide are destroyed by nuclear bombs. A group calling themselves 'The People' demand that all militaries disband and disarm.
CIA specialist,Cliff Tanner is trying to track down nuclear terrorists. His only clue is a video tape of demands. Tanner must discover and eliminate the threat quickly because governments have started to comply.
In a surprise twist, he discovers the terrorists are actually aliens engaged in a covert operation to disarm the earth.
An invasion is coming. Can Earth leaders put aside politics, power struggles, and rivalries to unite in time? Will suspicion and mistrust be our undoing?
